It's Back!!!! Cluckin Fest

Yes folks, this Friday marks the return of the West Grey-Durham Lions "Cluckin Fest" and Trivia night.  Bring your appetite and your thinking caps for a food and fun filled evening.  Don't feel like thinking, then just come over for the great food.

How was it?

I've been asked after each Habitat for Humanity/Global Village trip this question.....How was it?  I never have a suitable answer that accurately describes the experience, other than "it was good".  You see, I never know if there is truly an interest or the people are just being polite in acknowledging the fact that we were participating the event.

  Over the course of the various builds, I have made videos, some are of the actual builds, some are of things we've seen and done during the R&R portion of the trip.  I check them out every once in a while to refresh my memory of the past experiences.  Some remind me of the new friendships, some remind me of the fun we had, and some remind me of how lucky we are to live in Canada.  I'll say no more.
